Pay of $20-$28/hour depending on your experience
Paid time off holidays & birthday (eligible after 3 months employment with us). We want to make sure you have time with your family.
Excellent health insurance (eligible after 6 months of employment with us). We want to make sure you have access to good health care to take care of yourself.
There’s always an opportunity for overtime and we also like to reward our team with performance-based bonuses.

Mentorship. We are always trying to improve ourselves personally and professionally. It’s one of our core values.
Problem-solving. You won’t be working on an assembly line doing the same thing over and over. You get to problem solve and be creative to make sure the job gets done the best it can.
Positive work environment. No one wants to go to work at a place that is draining, us included. We do our best to keep things positive while getting to work outside (mostly) in the beautiful PNW.
Training. Work becomes much easier when you know what to do and how to do it.

Have pride in your work. Make sure things are done well and done correctly.
Make sure you are paying attention and keeping organized. We don’t want you to have to work harder than you need to.
Make sure you are able to get to work on time.
Be ok with working with a team, but also be ok with working independently. Many hands make fast work, but sometimes it’s nice to be on your own and able to do what you do.
Maintain a professional job site presence at all times.
