Pressure & Power Washing Services In Seattle, WA

Reclaiming Your Outdoor Sanctuary

We live in a maritime climate where moss and algae can make a green, slippery mess of our decks, driveways, and patios. Renova’s field staff has specialized equipment and the right training to manage messes and bring back the shine to the hard surfaces around your home. In addition to using high pressure to tackle the toughest grime, we also use low and variable pressure/soft washing techniques to ensure that delicate surfaces are treated with care and left undamaged.

Why Pressure Washing Should Be On Your List

Whether you’re just keeping up with the Joneses, or prepping your property to go on the market, there’s no denying the power of pressure washing to boost curb appeal. You’ll be amazed at how transformative a thorough cleaning can be. A clean and cared for outdoor environment will also keep your home an inviting place to host company and spend time relaxing. We can restore those decks and patios to their original shine and keep your outdoor refuge in top condition.

Although beautifying your property is always a priority, there are more reasons to pressure wash than just the cosmetic. Our rainy climate encourages a tremendous amount of algae and moss growth that can make decks, stairs, and pathways dangerous and slippery to walk on. Don’t risk an injury! Let our trained staff remove those hazards so you can have the peace of mind you deserve. Our process includes the application of eco-friendly solutions that not only clean but also sanitize. This process kills mold and algae spores and results in a longer-lasting clean since it will take some time for any new growth to appear.

Whether you’re boosting curb appeal or taking steps to ensure your home’s longevity, Renova Exteriors will work hard to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with the results.

FAQ's

We kindly ask that any personal belongings that need to stay dry be moved indoors and any outdoor furniture that is preventing access be moved aside. Our technicians can move and replace furniture and belongings for you, but an additional surcharge may be added to your quote.

Yes, we will need a reliable water source at your home or place of business to be able to perform this work. We will provide all other supplies and equipment needed.

Unless we are cleaning a rooftop deck or a balcony over 3 stories from the ground we can complete this service without interior access or you needing to be at home.

When cleaning home siding and trim we use a process called ‘soft washing’. This refers to an application of detergent, a thorough soak (and occasionally a soft scrub with a brush), and a low pressure rinse. You can read more about our soft washing service here.

Using high pressure on siding can cause damage to your home, strip paint, and even lead to water penetrating your home's protective envelope.

Many exterior hard surfaces can be pressure washed (concrete, aggregate, asphalt, etc.). But it's important to use the right pressure setting and cleaning solution for each surface. For many other surfaces (including painted areas, house siding, stucco, and some wood) we recommend a soft wash. Let us know if you have a specific area or surface you have concerns about and we are happy to answer your questions!

The cost varies depending on the size of the area to be cleaned, the type of surface, and the level of grime. We will present you with an itemized price list of all areas you would like cleaned so you can pick and choose the right plan for your home.

This can vary widely depending on the size of the areas and the extent of the cleaning needed. A typical driveway and pathway cleaning might take 2 to 4 hours, while larger projects or more specialized cleanings could take longer. We’re happy to give you an estimate on how long we’ll need to be at your home once we’ve seen the areas you would like serviced.

Yes, our technicians are highly trained, experienced professionals who undergo regular training to stay updated on the latest techniques and safety protocols. We are fully insured for your peace of mind.

It depends on your specific needs, but we generally recommend having this service done once a year. If you live in a heavily shaded area or have limited drainage and standing water on your hard surfaces you may find that they need a more regular cleaning.
